👤 User Research

Through user feedback, we shaped personas like Emily: a busy professional who finds long browsing frustrating. She needs a fast, simple way to find the perfect bouquet without overwhelm or drop off.

A user persona profile for Emily, a 28 year old marketing professional, detailing her goals, frustrations, and occasional flower buying habits.

🛠️ From Feedback to Fixes

Usability testing guided three key improvements focused on clarity, efficiency, and ease of use making the app smoother and more enjoyable for all users.

🌱 What I Learned

This project was my introduction to UX design. I learned the value of user research and how wireframing and prototyping bring ideas to life. Facing challenges showed me the importance of iterating designs based on real user feedback for continuous improvement.

➡️ What’s Next

Future updates may include user reviews, delivery tracking, and seasonal bundles, expanding the app’s reach to tablets and desktop for a richer user experience.
